tea vs edible spoon

Further on from our experiments we decided to test the strength of the paper spoon and it had literally none. The spoons structure was lost instantly and it became elastic like, completely unusable. The texture was the most strange, creating a sticky play-dough like quality. From here it made us think about how we would be able to use edible paper if we chose to do so in the future as it is so fragile.
