making spoons

We wanted to play with the idea of paper cutting with spoons in order to create our own spoons. We used various thicknesses of conventional paper along with anything from acetate to tracing paper. We found it hard to achieve a successful curve within the spoon, often creating a pointed spoon. We wanted to achieve the delicate nature of paper cutting but at this early stage it was a struggle.
